The other day after a rousing game of miniature golf in which I whomped everyone, (due mostly in part to poor score-keeping - I'm pretty sure I mixed up a few scores. Oops!) we went looking for an ice cream shop. Still technically being winter, despite the fact that the weather has been 'early-summer-like' for several weeks, there were no ice cream shops open for business yet. So we went home and made our own treats instead:
